True; that happened to me last night as well :D I can sometimes get too nitpicky with dialogue and stuff like that, which really bogs me down.

Aww I hope Mr. Knightley is better now!

I can agree with that, definitely. I found it was much easier to start after midnight, because I was so sleepy I didn't care if the opening was bad, lol.

Unfortunately, I woke up really early in the morning and couldn't go back to sleep. Just about when I was almost ready to fall asleep again, my dog, Mr. Knightley, decided to be sick. :P

Haha, yeah, I've been doing that myself. The problem is that it doesn't often work that way, sometimes what happens is that my body's really tired but for some reason my mind's still running around, lol.

One thing that I got from a podcast I listened to this morning is, it's good to write when you're tired since your inner critic is tired as well. :D

I wrote last night at midnight until about 2:30 AM and got a good start, but when I went to bed unfortunately I laid awake until around 4 AM. I woke up at around 8 AM, and now it's almost 7:30 PM here and I feel like I could collapse. However, I've got nearly 2000 words, and I'm hoping to get a lot more before bed. The good thing is, I've been wanting to start getting to bed earlier, and I'm so tired I don't think I could help myself tonight, lol.
