		<description>That's true. I think part of the reason why I've found it difficult to write recently is precisely &lt;em&gt;because&lt;/em&gt; of that. Creative writing is different from journal writing in that sense--journal writing is so obviously &lt;em&gt;personal&lt;/em&gt; while the former is more audience-oriented. People expect you to write this and that, to use your "power" to do certain things.

Bleugh.

I remember this part of the last writing/inspiration book I read, that being honest to oneself and writing what is in your heart always, always results in an original story/piece. Because only you have your heart. :)

It's a wonderful (and somewhat daunting) thought.</description>
