Domain problems
Angela is a klutz and a half. Seasonalplume.net (the domain) was registered for me by a friend a long time ago (2003) and I have always forgotten to get it transferred over to the registrar I use. Thus, I was quite unaware that it was due to expire…so now the domain has expired. Even though my email address is listed in the WHOIS, I have no idea why the registrar didn’t even contact me regarding the coming expiration of my domain. Talk about annoying. I’m a bit panicky and a bit sheepish over this turn of events (what great timing!) and I’m trying to rectify it; hopefully my friend’s registrar has domain name holding and can get it back for me soon. (After which, I’m really marking it up in my calendar to get it transferred over!)
I don’t know what this means to Seasonal Plume’s finalist status over at The 2007 Philippine Blog Awards. I’ve commented to let them know about my domain problems, and there’s nothing to do but wait and see what happens… I hope this doesn’t spell a disqualification. :(
